Mr. Miller was born on October 3, 1951, in Cairo, GA, to the late Emerson Bert Miller and Alma Inez Myrick Miller.
Survivors include sisters, Sandra Cox (Donnie) of Cairo, GA and Alma Lewis (Wayne) of Ochlocknee, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents.
