Funeral services for Patricia Delores Cannon Baggett, 77, of Dawson, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Roy Cook will officiate. Services will conclude in the chapel. Private interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Baggett passed away at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA, on Saturday, September 5, 2026.

Mrs. Baggett was born on June 17, 1949, in Cairo, GA, to the late Robert Lee Cannon and LaRue Whitfield Cannon. On September 10, 1967, she married Roy Kenneth Baggett, who preceded her in death on September 28, 2007. They were married for 40 years. She retired as the payroll specialist with the Printing House in Tallahassee. She was a member of Gillionville Baptist Church in Albany, GA.

Survivors include: her daughters, Darlene B. Wingler (Bob) of Dawson, GA, April Lasseter (Don) of Leesburg, GA; grandchildren, McKenzie Burney (Kelly) of Calvary, GA, Mathew Freeman (Kathryn) of Adel, GA, Nathan Freeman (Sierra) of Thomasville, GA, Garrett Lasseter of Albany, GA; greatgrandchildren, Kaitlyn Burney, Lucas Burney, Devon Kringles, Vinny Kringles, Aria Kringles and Sofia Guenthner; brothers, Leslie Cannon, Hershel Cannon (Mickie); and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Robert L. and LaRue Cannon; her husband, Roy Kenneth Baggett; and her daughter, Kristie Baggett Freeman.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
