Graveside funeral services for Sue Ann Hancock Collins, 86, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 28, 2025, in the Maxwell Family Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Tim Lindsay will officiate. Mrs. Collins passed away at her home on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

Mrs. Collins was born on January 11, 1939, in Cairo, GA, to the late William Groover Hancock and Essie Tilley Hancock. She married Elzia Ray Collins, who preceded her in death on September 9, 2007. She retired as the payroll clerk of the Joseph Campbell Company in Cairo.

Survivors include: her son, Jeffrey Collins of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Candace Collins, Lee Collins, Jeremy Collins, all of Cairo, GA; great-grandchildren, Michael, Logan and Brantley; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Ray Collins; her son, Glenn Collins; siblings, Wallace Hancock, Michael Hancock, Gail Ulmer and Barbara Lindsay.
