Memorial services for Paula Marie High, 36, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Capel Baptist Church, Cairo, GA. Rev. Stan Godwin will officiate. Mrs. High passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Mrs. High was born on August 1, 1989, in Washington, GA, to the late Paul Edward White and Cynthia Marie Bottomley. On May 20, 2011, she married Devon Thomas High, who passed away on February 12, 2026. She worked in home health care.

Survivors include: her children, Bella Marie High of Thomasville, GA, Devon Thomas “DJ” High, Jr. of Cairo, GA; mother, Cynthia Bottomley of Athens, GA; siblings, Amanda Madden (Mark) of Ohio, Amber Bitton (Antwon) of Athens, GA, April Bottomley of Crawfordville, GA, Michael White (Melissa) of Arnoldsville, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her father, Paul Edward White; her husband, Devon Thomas High; and brothers, Joseph Bottomley, David White.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
