Graveside funeral services for Mary Alice Riley, 69, of Ochlocknee, GA, are at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 1, 2026, in Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Mrs. Riley passed away at Archbold Living in Thomasville, GA, on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Mrs. Riley was born on January 21, 1957, in Cairo, GA, to the late Andrew Wilson and Beulah Alday Wilson. On March 31, 1972, she married Alvin Leland Riley, who preceded her in death of December 25, 2024. She retired as a seamstress with the Ithica Corporation. Mary loved her family more than anything. She also loved her feline animals by taking care of any strays that visited her home. She had a strong faith in her Lord and her Cherokee Heritage.

Survivors include: children, Jennifer Lorick (Robert) of Ochlocknee, GA, Marti Barks (Alan) of Thomasville, GA; grandchildren, Lacy Ansley (Rydge) of Thomasville, GA, Kasey Lorick of Moultrie, GA, Jason Weeks of Thomasville, GA, Bailey Bush of Statesboro, GA, Ian Bush of Thomasville, GA, Nathaniel Bush of Thomasville, GA; great-grandchildren, Ellison Ansley, Roxanne Ansley, both of Thomasville, GA, Zeke Vinson, Jamie Vinson, Eli Vinson, all of Pelham, GA, River Lorick of Cairo, GA; siblings, Ruby Brady (Jody) of Cairo, GA, Steve Wilson (Valarie) of Cairo, GA, Elizabeth Tears (Tim) of North Carolina, Ruth Reno of Cairo, GA, Louise Aldridge (Louie) of Coolidge, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: parents, Andrew and Beulah Wilson; her husband, Alvin Leland Riley; daughter, Sharon Aldridge; and a granddaughter, Lela Vinson.
