Janice Lee “Jan” Kaylor
August 28, 1948 – May 22, 2021

Funeral services for Janice Lee “Jan” Kaylor, 72, of Leesburg, FL, are at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 28, 2021, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Tammy Fincannon will officiate.  Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA.  Mrs. Kaylor passed away at Cornerstone Hospice Home in Tavares, FL on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Active pallbearers will be Joshua Donovan, Chase Kaylor, Danny Goble, Thomas Crook, Steven Craine and Jonathan Rock.

Mrs. Kaylor was born on August 28, 1948, in Bainbridge, GA, to the late Eugene Brinson and Mary Alice Stuckey Brinson.  On July 31, 1977, she married James Donald “Don” Kaylor, who survives.  Janice “Jan” was the assistant manager of the Clock Restaurant located in Belleview, FL.  Jan helped her husband, Don run the business from 1982 to 2001. While working at the restaurant, she acquired many new friends that came to be her new family.  After her work in the restaurant business, she started a new career path and worked for Publix in Leesburg, FL.  She worked with Publix from 2005 to her retirement in 2018.

Survivors include: her husband, James Donald “Don” Kaylor of Leesburg, FL; daughter, Brenda Donovan (Thomas) of Dunnellon, FL; son, Ralph Kaylor (Amber) of Belleview, FL; step-daughters, Donna Craine (Steve) of Hurst, TX, Kelly Severs of Hurst, TX; step-son, James Kaylor (Kristina) of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Sabrina, Samantha, Joshua, Chase, Alexis, Emma, Noah, Kelly, Jessica, Danielle, Lindsey, Jennifer, Christopher, Nikki, Piper; great-grandchildren, Caydence, Abby, Kolbie, Kailana, Thomas, Charlie, Mia, Henry; and sisters, Jeanie Kinnon of Whigham, GA, Karen Rogers (Mike) of Ocala, FL.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, Joe Sellers; and a sister, Elizabeth James.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, May 28, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
