Graveside funeral services for Danny Harris Jr., 52, of Whigham, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Pastor Johnny H. Moore will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mr. Harris passed away at his residence, Whigham, GA, on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Meredith, Sr., David Jarvis, Andy Stewart, Jeffrey Mobley, Mike Nola, Carl Harris, Kevin Meredith and Roger “Robbie” Meredith, Jr.

Mr. Harris was born on July 10, 1973, in Bainbridge, GA, to the late Danny Harris, Sr. and Jean Ellen Hooks Harris. He married Julie Lashaun Meredith Harris, who survives, on July 30, 2016.

He was a Sales Representative with NAPA Auto Supply in Colquitt and Donalsonville, was a faithful member at Family Worship Center and enjoyed golfing and grilling.

Survivors include: his wife, Julie Lashuan Harris of Whigham, GA; children, Kylie Harris of Thomasville, GA, Logan Harris, of Blue Ridge, GA, Callista Mobley of Whigham, GA and Addie Childree of Whigham, GA; granddaughter, Nevada Reign Gourdine of Whigham, GA; sisters, Janey Nola (Mike) of Tallahassee, FL, Robin Mobley (Jeffery) of Whigham, GA and Carl Harris (Candy ) of Bainbridge, GA; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; and a sister Cathy Brock.

Memorials may be made in Mr. Harris’ memory to: The Leukemia Foundation or to the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center.
