Funeral services for Billie Pritchett Harrison, 87, of Tallahassee, FL, are at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Calvary United Methodist Church, Calvary, GA. Dr. Bob Knight will officiate. Services will conclude at the church. Private interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Mrs. Harrison passed away at her home on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Active pallbearers will be her nephews.

Mrs. Harrison was born on November 11, 1937, in Macon, GA, to the late William “Bill” Frank Pritchett and Lettie Myrle Tippett Pritchett. She was a graduate of the Whigham High School Class of 1955. On October 14, 1983, she married Emmett Carroll Harrison, who preceded her in death on July 22, 2014. She retired as a secretary from WCTV Television in Tallahassee. She was a member of the Tallahassee Garden Club and the Radiance Garden Club. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Calvary, GA.

Survivors include: her children, Tommy Norris of Roswell, GA, Sherry King of Pass Christian, MS; grandchildren, Derek Norris of Gainesville, FL; Jeannie Cunningham of Olive Branch MS, John Clark of Biloxi, MS, Blake Plummer of Biloxi, MS; great-grandchildren, Brookie Norris, Brantley Norris, Kayla Clark (Tanner), Reese Cunningham, Max Cunningham; great-great-grandson, Grayson Booth; siblings, Frank Pritchett (Betty) of Cairo GA, Jerry Pritchett of Whigham, GA, Kay Hash (Joe) of Whigham, GA, Suellen Brinson of Whigham, GA, Beth Skaja of Whigham, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Bill and Myrle Pritchett; her husband, Emmett C. Harrison; and her son, Ronald Gregory “Greg” Norris.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church.
