William “Will” David Oram

Celebration of Life services for William “Will” David Oram, 18, of Cairo, GA, are to be announced.

Will was born on February 23, 2008, in Albany, GA, to William George Oram and Deborah Harrell Oram. Will grew up in southern Haiti and enjoyed fishing and snorkeling.
While completing his homeschool studies, Will discovered a love for welding while taking classes at Southern Regional Technical College. He worked as a traveling welder.

Will had an infectious smile, an adventurous spirit and a love for life that will be greatly missed.

Will’s survivors include: his parents, William and Deborah Oram; grandmother, Lee Harrell of Cairo, GA; brothers, Micah Henry Oram of Cairo, GA, Jonathan Oram of Cairo, GA, Josh Oram of Charlotte, NC, Luke Oram (Braeden) of Charlotte, NC; aunts, Fran Harrell of Richmond Hill, GA, Debbie Thompson (Robert) of Bainbridge, GA, Jane Oram Pearce (Peter) of Zambia, Anne Oram Bester of Cressage, Shrewsbury, U.K.; and his girlfriend, Caroline Slappey of Cairo, GA.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Rev. Carl Harrell, Jr., of Cairo, GA and his paternal grandfather, Harry Oram, of Cape Town, South Africa.
