Funeral services for Jeffrey Carroll Williams, 66, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Pine Hill Baptist Church, Cairo, GA. Rev. Matthew Nance will officiate. Interment will be in the Williams Family Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mr. Williams passed away at home on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Active pallbearers will be Tripp Joyner, Hayden Miller, Eric Murkerson, Shawn Miller, Camden Miller and Vic Lee.

Mr. Williams was born on August 6, 1959, in Cairo, GA, to the late George Carroll Williams and Billie Faye Lee Williams. He was a master brick mason in the construction industry.

Survivors include: his fiancée, Kim Miller Joyner of Cairo, GA; children, Jeffrey Lee Williams of Cairo, GA, Megan Carroll Williams-Tate of Vada, GA; 8 grandchildren; sister, Teresa Williams Shiver (Rex) of Panama City, FL; bonus family members, Tripp Joyner, Joan Miller, Shawn Miller, Beverly Miller, Mason Miller, Amanda Miller, Hayden Miller, Kayla Miller, Camden Miller, Riley Miller and Malachai Miller.

He was preceded in death by: his paternal grandparents, George Hiram Williams and Maudie Strickland Williams; his maternal grandparents, Ira Pierce Lee and Irene Womble Lee; his parents Carroll and Billie Williams; and bonus family member, Joe Miller.

The family will receive friends at Pine Hill Baptist Church on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
