Funeral services for Randy Eugene Miller, 76, of Donalsonville, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, Cairo, GA. Rev. Ron McCaskill will officiate. Military Honors will be presented. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mr. Miller passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, FL, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Mr. Miller was born on June 13, 1949, in Pensacola, FL, to the late Raymond Miller and Minyon Gordy Miller. He served his country in the United States Army Special Forces. On September 22, 2000, he married Debra Jean Gilliland Miller. They have been married for 25 years. He retired as a police chief in law enforcement.

Survivors include: his wife, Debra G. Miller of Donaldsonville, GA; and a host of extended family.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Raymond and Minyon Gordy Miller; and his brothers, Mike Miller, James Warren Miller.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home immediately following the service at the funeral home.
