Funeral services for Frances Joyner Ezell, 82, of Cairo, GA, are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Jeff Ezell, Rocky Ezell, and Randy White will officiate. Services will conclude at the Chapel. Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Ezell passed away at her home in Cairo, GA, on Friday, August 5, 2016.

Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Ezell, Durwood Sellars, Dennis White, Rocky Ezell and Randy White.

Mrs. Ezell was born on December 29, 1933, in Cairo, GA, to the late Floyd Joyner and Mildred Andrews Joyner. On August 26, 1950, she married Dewitt Ezell, who preceded her in death on October 8, 2000. She retired from Ithaca Industries in Quality Control after working there for 34 years. She was a charter member of Memorial Baptist Church, where she was the treasurer for several years and held several offices.

Survivors include: son, Ronnie Ezell of Cairo, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Durwood Sellars, Peggy and Dennis White, all of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Rocky Ezell (Laura Ann) of Buford, GA, Kathy Ezell of Cairo, GA, Melaina Markham (Lance) of Toccoa, GA, Angel Baker (Stephen) of Cairo, GA, Leeann Wilkerson (G.J.) of Whigham, GA, April Elizabeth Noles (Drake Oglesby) of Statesboro, GA, Ashley Williams (Aaron) of Valdosta, GA, Randy White (Melissa) of Panama City, FL, Suzanne White of Valdosta, GA; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Eleanor Harper, Velma Singletary, both of Cairo, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Bettye and Lamar Carlton of Pavo, GA, sister-in-law, Pat Joyner of Thomasville, GA; brother-in-law and a sister-in-law, Emmett and Mary Ezell of Cairo, GA; two half-sister, four half-brothers; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; brother, Bernard Joyner; half-brother, Donald Joyner; brothers-in-law, Fred Harper and Bill Singletary; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charlie and Pat Ezell; daughter-in-law, Martha H. Ezell.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home immediately following the funeral service.
